When: as soon as the WO is RELEASED ("WO status changes to Released and the system can generate Work Instructions"). System: one WI per operation that requires a WI or output tracking ("One WI is created for each operation flagged as requiring WI or output tracking."). Result: process WIs (Curing · Trimming · Spray · Packing · FG) → DRAFT. No Injection WI is created here. Test: - A WO whose Routing has 4 processes (excluding Injection) → 4 DRAFT WIs Source: BRD §6.1 Step 5 · BRD §6.2 Step 3 · Q-20260923-19 (G)The system attaches the per-shift Injection WIs to the WO when the Planner releases the injection schedule. When: the Planner releases the schedule at Injection Schedule. System: one Injection WI per machine × day × shift (Day (AB) / Night (CD)); one Detail Plan (I/J Plan) maps to one WO. There is no WO-level Injection WI any more. Result: Injection WI → RELEASED, shown on the WO "Work Instructions" tab with the "Shift" column. Test: - A WO with a 2-shift injection schedule (Day (AB) and Night (CD), same machine, same day) → 2 Injection WIs, one per shift Source: Q-20261012-01 (answer 3) · Q-20260923-19 (A, G) · prototype v0.88Has the process plan (Trimming / Outsourcing / Packing) of the WO been released? Yes: the plan was released with the "Release Trimming Plan", "Release Outsourcing Order" or "Release Packing Plan" button → release the WI of that process. Not yet: the WI stays DRAFT until the process plan is released. Open: Trimming Planning still shows the status "Approved" after release while Outsourcing and Packing show "Released" — unclear whether Trimming will be relabelled "Released" (prototype v0.88). Source: Q-20260918-28 (answer 2) · prototype v0.82, v0.88The system releases the process WI once its process plan is released. When: the process plan of the WO has been released. Result: WI DRAFT → RELEASED; it shows on the shopfloor queue by work center / shift. Test: - Release the Trimming plan of the WO → the Trimming WI of the WO becomes RELEASED; the Packing WI stays DRAFT Open: prototype v0.88 shows process WIs as RELEASED as soon as the WO is released, without waiting for the process plan release; only a WO that is not released shows DRAFT WIs. Source: Q-20260918-28 (answer 2) · BRD §6.2 Step 5 · prototype v0.88The system changes the WI status by itself from POP results; there is no Close WI button. When: the WI is RELEASED. System: process WI RELEASED → RUNNING → COMPLETED when the confirmed quantity ≥ the process quantity ("Confirmed ≥ process qty"). Per-shift Injection WI → COMPLETED when the shift POP is CONFIRMED; the shortfall goes back to Remaining and is scheduled into a new shift / WI. Result: WI COMPLETED is the final status; there is no CLOSED. Test: - Day (AB) shift has a CONFIRMED POP → that shift Injection WI is COMPLETED; the Night (CD) shift with no POP stays RELEASED Open: the real condition for a WI to move RELEASED → RUNNING (first POP, quantity > 0 or a manual start); prototype v0.88 infers it from sample data — a process WI is RUNNING when the preceding process is COMPLETED, an Injection WI is RUNNING when its Material Lot Assignment is "Confirmed" (OQ-121). Source: Q-20261012-02 (answer 1) · BRD §6.4 · convention Q5 · prototype v0.88The system changes the WO status by itself from its WIs; there is no Close WO button. When: the WO is RELEASED. System: WO RELEASED → RUNNING when a WI is RUNNING or COMPLETED; WO → COMPLETED when every WI is COMPLETED. A WO that is not released shows "Not Released". Result: WO COMPLETED is the final status; there is no CLOSED. CANCELLED only arises when the Master Plan is cancelled. Test: - A WO with 7 WIs, 4 COMPLETED and 2 RUNNING → WO RUNNING; once all 7 are COMPLETED → WO COMPLETED Open: the Master Plan cancel flow is not drawn yet, so how a WO becomes CANCELLED is unclear; this conflicts with Q-20260923-03 (a RELEASED Master Plan cannot be cancelled at Master Plan). Whether "FG fully received" counts toward WO COMPLETED is also undecided. Source: Q-20261012-01 (answer 1) · Q-20261012-02 (answer 1) · prototype v0.88The Planner opens the Work Order list to follow up. Action: menu "Work Order / WI" › tab "Work Orders"; search box "WO / WI no. or item"; filter "Status" All · Released · Running · Completed · Not Released. System: cards "Work Orders" · "Released" · "Running" · "Completed" · "Work Instructions" · "Completed WI"; columns WO No · Master Plan · Item Code · Item Name · Qty · Processes · Plan From · Plan To · Progress · Status. Result: the "Work Instructions" tab lists both process WIs and per-shift Injection WIs, with a "Shift" column. Source: Q-20261012-01 (answer 1) · prototype v0.88The Planner views the details of a Work Order. Action: button "View" or click the WO No. System: the page header shows the WO status chip and "Plan risk: <riskStatus>"; buttons "Plan Dates" · "Booking Material Out Request" · "Print Work Order"; tabs Items / Size · Sales Orders · Material · Defects · LOTs · Process Schedule · Work Instructions · Material Out Requests. Result: the "Work Instructions" tab shows per-shift Injection WIs ("Shift" column) and each process WI. Open: "Print Work Order" has no print template yet; the WO screen still shows 6 fixed processes and does not take the Routing chosen at Master Plan Step 3 (OQ-49). Source: prototype v0.88 · Q-20261012-01Does the Planner need to move a date or book materials? Move a date: edit the Plan Dates of the process. Book materials: create Material Out Requests by Process · WI. Source: prototype v0.88The Planner moves the planned dates of a process. Action: button "Plan Dates" › table SEQ · CODE · PROCESS · LEAD · PLAN FROM · PLAN TO · FREEZE › "Save Plan". System: changing one process date shifts every later unfrozen process by the same number of days ("Changing a process date shifts every later unfrozen process by the same number of days."). Blocked when: the process is Frozen (it already has Good / NG / Rework) — it cannot be edited. Test: - Move process 2 by 3 more days → the unfrozen processes 3 and 4 move by 3 days Source: BRD §6.1 Freeze Rule · prototype v0.88The Planner picks the BOM material lines to request from the warehouse and the WI that will receive them. Action: button "Booking Material Out Request" › tick lines ("BOM demand for this Work Order — select the lines to request from the warehouse. Process = where the material is used (sample data)."). System: the "Material" tab lists every BOM material of the WO with a "Process" column; the popup adds "Process" and "Work Instruction". Injection lines pick a per-shift WI ("<WI> · <Shift> · <Line>"), other lines show the process WI. "Request Qty" defaults to Remaining; a line with Remaining = 0 cannot be selected. Test: - A line with Remaining = 0 → cannot be ticked Open: the material "Process" column is sample data (OQ-118); "Request Qty" > Remaining is only highlighted in red and the request can still be created (OQ-119). Source: Q-20261012-01 (answer 4) · prototype v0.88The Planner creates the Material Out Requests (MOR) sent to the warehouse, one per Process · WI pair. Action: button "Create Request". System: one MOR per (Process, WI), carrying WO · WI · Process; the MOR is not a condition for creating WIs. Result: MOR-… status Requested, shown on the "Material Out Requests" tab ("WI No", "Process" columns); the warehouse issues by MOR, Injection materials go to the Mixing area, MOR → ISSUED, then Material Lot Assignment picks the issued lots for the exact per-shift WI (flow material-issue-return). Test: - Select 3 Injection lines for 2 per-shift WIs and 1 Packing line → 3 MORs Open: whether a hand-made MOR for Packing / Outsourcing duplicates the MOR created automatically on releasing the Packing / Outsourcing plan (OQ-119); which warehouse the Mixing area is on WMS has no source yet.
