| `Work Order (WO)` | Production order, one WO per Master Plan Big Plan, created when the Master Plan is created (NOT RELEASED), released when the Master Plan is released |
| `WI` | Work Instruction per process; Injection WIs are created per shift in Injection Schedule |
| `P.O Month` | Production month, equal to the Master Plan Plan Month, recorded on the WO; Trimming Planning plans by P.O Month, with no Customer PO yet |
| `Customer PO assignment point` | SPRAY goods get their Customer PO on allocation in Outsourcing Planning; Logo and OOMG goods on allocation in Packing Planning; Trimming assigns none |
| `Master Plan` | Master plan for one Plan Month; groups SO lines into Big Plans by Style + Model + Base Color + SPRAY/Logo + Area, one Work Order per Big Plan; on Release the WOs go to I/J Plan |

| `Pending repair (PR)` | Grade for repairable goods recorded at the screens after Injection; entering a quantity creates a Repair / Rework slip per size, Source "<Process> · Pending repair"; Daily Injection has no such grade |
| `Grade C` | Scrap goods: only written to Defect Records by reason and never back to production; no Repair / Rework slip is created |
| `MOR` | Material Out Request — material issue request from MES to WMS |
| `SO PR` | Sales Order Purchase Request — raw-material purchase request for the Final Need, created automatically when a Big Plan is released in I/J Plan |
| `Material Lot Assignment` | Record assigning raw-material lots issued to the Mixing area to a date · shift · machine · WI; once CONFIRMED, Daily Injection by Shift prefills the lots |
| `Mixing area` | Mixing area: shop-floor area where raw materials issued against the MOR are mixed; not a Routing process and creates no new lot |
