## How to read

- Every box on the diagram has a code `Bxx`, numbered in flow order (from the start event, following the arrows).
- "Goes to" lists every arrow leaving the box; text in square brackets is that arrow's condition label.
- "Optional branch" = a dashed arrow on the diagram: may be done or skipped.
- "Data" boxes in the Input lane are incoming data; in the Output lane they are results / end points of the flow.

### Step details (hover content on the diagram)

#### B08 · Open the shift WI list

- Operator · Web · Daily Injection by Shift
- Comes from: B01, B07
- Goes to: B09 · Open shift POP entry

> The Operator opens the shift's Injection WI list to pick the WI to report output for.
> Action: Daily Injection by Shift › filter "PLANNED DATE" · "SHIFT" · "INJECTION LINE" · "WI NO." · "ITEM GROUP" · "POP STATUS" (Waiting / Confirmed).
> System: KPIs "PLANNED WI" · "WAITING FOR POP" · "MATERIAL SHORTAGE WI". One block per WI, by size: "SHIFT REQUIRED" / "CONFIRMED POP" / "SHIFT REMAINING".
> System: shifts are only "Day (AB)" or "Night (CD)"; the "Material Shortage" chip on a WI block is a warning only, missing material is requested with an MOR in Work Order / WI.
> Test:
> - Filter "POP STATUS" = Waiting → only WIs without a confirmed POP are shown
> Source: BRD §6.2 Step 5 · Q-20260923-07 · Q-20260929-01 · Q-20261009-08 (item 1) · prototype v0.86

#### B09 · Open shift POP entry

- Goes to: B10 · Assign molds to machine positions

> The Operator opens POP entry for one WI of the shift.
> Action: "Enter Shift POP" button → "Injection Shift POP Entry" screen.
> System: read-only header "WI NO." · "WO NO." · "ITEM GROUP" · "PLANNED DATE" · "SHIFT" · "LINE" · "SHIFT REQUIRED QTY" · "WO REMAINING BEFORE POP" · "POP STATUS".
> System: date and shift come from the plan line and cannot be edited ("Date and shift are taken from the plan line and cannot be changed here.").
> Test:
> - The date and shift fields on the header are not editable
> Source: prototype v0.23

#### B10 · Assign molds to machine positions

- Operator · Web · Daily Injection by Shift
- Comes from: B02, B09
- Goes to: B11 · Material Lot Assignment for the WI?

> The Operator records which mold runs at each machine position of the line.
> Action: "Machine Mold Layout — <Line> / Capacity 20" block › pick a mold per position "POS 01" … (e.g. "Mold W5-A / MOLD-…"); "Clear layout" clears all.
> System: counts "Assigned n / 20".
> Result: the shift's machine / mold / cavity is recorded for machine maintenance and mold management.
> Source: BRD §6.4 · prototype v0.23

#### B11 · Material Lot Assignment for the WI?

- Operator
- Comes from: B03, B10
- Goes to [Yes]: B12 · Prefill lots from Material Lot Assignment
- Goes to [No]: B13 · Declare the material lots used

> Does the shift's WI already have a CONFIRMED Material Lot Assignment?
> Yes: a CONFIRMED Assignment with the same "PRODUCTION DATE", "SHIFT", "MACHINE" and "WORK INSTRUCTION" as the WI → the system prefills the lots.
> No: no Assignment, or the Assignment is still DRAFT → the "Material Lot" block is empty and the Operator declares the lots.
> Test:
> - The WI's Assignment is still DRAFT → opening the POP shows an empty "Material Lot" block
> Source: Q-20261009-08 (item 3) · prototype v0.86

#### B12 · Prefill lots from Material Lot Assignment

> The system prefills the raw-material lots assigned to the WI into the "Material Lot" block of the POP entry screen.
> When: the Operator clicks "Enter Shift POP", the WI has no POP DRAFT and has a CONFIRMED Material Lot Assignment.
> System: each lot of the Assignment becomes one row "Material Type" · "Lot Number" · "Used Qty" · "UoM" · "QC Status"; "Used Qty" is prefilled with the lot's "Assigned Qty".
> Result: above the lot table the screen shows "Prefilled from Material Lot Assignment <no.> — enter the actual Used Qty; scan to add more lots."
> Test:
> - Assignment of LOT-CMP-8821 1,250 KG and LOT-COL-109B 25 KG → opening the POP shows 2 rows, Used Qty 1,250 and 25
> Open: a WI that already has a POP DRAFT keeps the draft's lots and is not refilled; a WI with several CONFIRMED Assignments gets their lots merged, adding up "Assigned Qty" for the same lot — proposal, not yet confirmed.
> Source: Q-20261009-08 (item 3) · prototype v0.86

#### B13 · Declare the material lots used

> Action: "Material Lot" block › scan or type the lot number then Enter ("Scan barcode or type lot number, then Enter"), or "Add Lot"; enter "Used Qty"; the x icon removes a row.
> System: lots prefilled from Material Lot Assignment can be edited and removed like scanned lots; when the WI has no Assignment, the lot table shows "No confirmed Material Lot Assignment for this WI — scan the lots used in this shift."
> System: a lot not on the list issued to the WI's WO (MOR ISSUED) is still added, with QC "UNVERIFIED" and the message "Lot <no.> added — not in the issued list, QC unverified."
> Test:
> - Prefilled lot with Used Qty 1,250, the Operator changes it to 1,180 → consumption is recorded as 1,180
> - Scan a lot not on the issued list → the lot row is QC UNVERIFIED and "Validate" is blocked
> Source: BRD §6.3 Step 3–4 · Q-20261009-08 (item 3) · prototype v0.86

## Output

| # | Output | Produced when |
| --- | --- | --- |
| O-2 | POP = `DRAFT` — no batch / lot created | The Operator presses Save Draft |
| O-3 | Batch IB + ILOT lot waiting for Curing — shift output by machine · size | The Operator presses Save POP & Transfer to Curing; POP = `CONFIRMED`, the shift's Injection WI → `COMPLETED` |
| O-4 | Defect Records grade C (scrap) — reason · WI · machine · shift; creates no Repair / Rework record | The POP has grade C when confirmed |
| O-5 | Material lot consumption ([Injection] Stock Out (Used Compound)) | POP confirmed — Used Qty per lot |
| O-6 | Downtime · mold · cavity to Machine Maintenance / Mold Management | POP confirmed |
| O-7 | Produced (A + A-) added to the I/J Plan Detail Plan (= WO) — Remaining on I/J Inquiry | POP confirmed |
| O-8 | Remaining → the Planner reschedules on the Injection Schedule (Replanning alert) | Shift Remaining > 0 — not converted to shortage |
| O-9 | Shift complete — Shift plan fully produced | Shift Remaining = 0 |
| O-10 | POP stays `CONFIRMED` | The Production Supervisor rejects the reopen |
| O-11 | POP back to `WAITING` — Operator re-enters the shift; ILOT lot withdrawn from the Curing queue; Injection WI `COMPLETED` → `RELEASED` | Production Supervisor approves the reopen, lot not yet Curing-confirmed |
| O-12 | Reopen blocked — lot already in Curing | The shift's ILOT lot already confirmed in Curing Confirmation |
| O-13 | Reversal entries: Produced · material lot consumption · Defect Records · downtime / mold | Shift POP reopened — old transactions kept, audited reversal transactions posted (BRD §6.3) |

| Glossary | Meaning in this flow |
| --- | --- |
| `WI` | Work Instruction — the work order for one injection shift (WO × machine × day × shift), created when the schedule is released in Injection Schedule |
| `WO` | Work Order — production order; one I/J Plan Detail Plan maps to one WO |
| `POP` | Point of Production — output reported at the process, per shift and per size |
| `Grade A / A- / C` | A: first grade · A-: first grade, minor defect · C: defective (Reject) |
| `Shift Required` | The shift's planned quantity per size |
| `Shift Remaining` | Shift Required − A − A-; stays a planned quantity, never a shortage |
| `Produced` | A + A- accumulated on the I/J Plan Detail Plan |
| `IB batch / ILOT lot` | Each shift POP creates one injection batch (IB-…) and one lot waiting for curing (ILOT-…) |
| `Downtime` | Machine stop time during the shift, in minutes, with a reason |
| `Material Lot Assignment` | Record assigning raw-material lots issued to the Mixing area to a date · shift · machine · WI; once CONFIRMED, the POP entry screen prefills the lots |
| `Mixing area` | Mixing area: shop-floor area where raw materials issued against the MOR are mixed; not a Routing process and creates no new lot |
